2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging condition.
Products that have already been applied, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized stickers.
- Stickers damaged due to improper application or handling.
- Minor color variations caused by screen/display differences.
- Orders placed with incorrect size, design, or selection by the customer.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact customer support within the eligible return period.
- Provide:
- Order details
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- After verification, return instructions will be shared.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes inspection.
Refund options may include:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

If a product is damaged or incorrect, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost after verification.
Replacement requests must follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
